Factory Authorized Re-manufacture & Rebuilds

BW Cutting Solutions is the Pacific Norwest's only company providing fully re-manufactured or rebuilt Cutting Machines for the steel industry.

During re-manufacture we:

1. replace old outdated equipment with the latest technologically advanced components available
2. strip the cutting machine down to the bare frame and re-paint
3. replace all the bearings, machine wheels, reassemble the carriage and align it
4. integrate a new CNC
5. replace drives, plasma control panels, gas systems, torches, hoses, solenoids, ect.

The end product is a re-manufactured cutting system with the reliability, performance, and warranty of a new machine.
